Know what you are sharing.
This notice describes how Madeactual LLC handles enquiries and activity on this website. Updated October 25, 2026.
When you ask for a project review
We collect your name, email address, company and description of the problem. You can also provide your current tools and preferred timing. We save these details so Madeactual can review your request, contact you about it and decide on a suitable next step.
Your enquiry is available to Madeactual administrators. Its details may also be included in an internal email notification. Hosting, security and email service providers process information as part of operating these services. Submitting the form does not make your enquiry public.
Please describe the problem without including passwords, access tokens, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records. If we need restricted material later, agree how it should be shared with your Madeactual contact first.
Recovering an enquiry
This tab keeps a random recovery token and, after confirmation, your enquiry reference in temporary browser storage. It lets you check a saved request after an interrupted response or a same-tab reload. We store a one-way digest of the token with the enquiry. We do not save your name, email or written enquiry as a browser draft.
Recovery can be lost when the tab is closed, storage is cleared or unavailable, or you change browser, device or website address. A duplicated tab may inherit the same attempt. Keep the displayed reference and contact us if you are unsure whether a request arrived.
Recognized campaign links can also leave a limited source, medium and campaign label in this tab and with an enquiry. Currently this is the X campaign labeled x / organic_social / ops_2week. An unrecognized tagged visit clears the earlier campaign label. We do not store the full link, arbitrary query values, referring URL or a browser identifier in this enquiry campaign record. This context does not identify an individual X post or establish that it caused an enquiry or sale. Website activity records below are separate.
Discovery and AI assistance
Submitting this enquiry form does not itself run an AI analysis. If we proceed to discovery, information from the request becomes part of the project record. Discovery includes a separate consent step before the guided interview. AI-assisted interview and document features can process the information supplied to those features through configured AI services. Discuss any restrictions before sharing material for that work.
Website activity
We use first-party analytics to understand visits and how people use the site. Records can include pages viewed, interactions, referring pages, campaign information, approximate country, region or city, language and device category. Browser storage holds identifiers used to distinguish visits and returning browsers; browser and session identifiers are hashed in analytics records. Activity while signed in can also be associated with your account. These records are not a reliable measure of a person's buying intent.
Website security, access logs and error monitoring also help us operate and troubleshoot the service. These systems may process request, browser and network information. Signing in to a workspace uses a session cookie.
Keeping and correcting information
Enquiries remain in our business records; there is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for them. If an enquiry becomes a project, related information is also retained with that project's records. Operational backups may retain earlier copies.
To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, email [email protected]. Include your enquiry reference if you have one. We will review the request and explain what can be changed or removed, including any records that need to be retained.
Questions before sharing?
You can email [email protected] before submitting project details. Customer agreements and project-specific handling requirements are considered separately from this website enquiry.
