A shared workflow for reviewing and following up on sales opportunities

Spartan Capital Group is a professional recruiting and staffing firm. Madeactual built RPM, a browser-based workspace for its job-posting research and sales review process.

The brief

The brief was to make recurring research and review easier to organize, with source evidence available at each decision.

From research to follow-up

RPM brings potential opportunities into a review queue. Reviewers can inspect the supporting postings, accept or reject an item, and keep a record of that decision. Accepted opportunities move into a lead workspace with ownership, contact notes, follow-up dates, quality feedback and outcome tracking.

The application also gives administrators a view of source health and the flow from research through review to sales work. Access is role-based, and in-app guides support day-to-day tasks.

The delivered workflow

The delivered capability is a connected workflow: research → human review → assigned follow-up. People remain responsible for checking the evidence and deciding how to act.
